These Terms of Service govern your use of the London Broken Fence website and the fencing services we provide. London Broken Fence is a trading division of Bagi Landscaping Ltd. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
About us
London Broken Fence provides wooden fence installation, repair and replacement services across London. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean London Broken Fence / Bagi Landscaping Ltd.
Estimates and quotations
- Estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation.
- Estimates are based on the information available at the time of the site visit and may be revised if site conditions, access, ground conditions or the scope of work differ from what was assessed.
- An estimate does not constitute a binding contract until the work is confirmed by both parties.
Carrying out the work
- We will agree the scope, timing and price of work with you before starting.
- Timescales are given in good faith but may be affected by weather, material availability and other factors outside our control.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to carry out works on the relevant boundary and for confirming boundary lines where ownership is shared.
Payment
Payment terms will be set out in your estimate or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on completion of the work.
Planning permission and regulations
It is the customer's responsibility to confirm whether planning permission or any other consent is required for the proposed work, particularly in conservation areas or for listed buildings. We are happy to advise but cannot be held responsible for obtaining consents.
Guarantees
We take pride in the quality of our workmanship. Any workmanship guarantee will be confirmed with your quotation. Manufacturer warranties on materials are subject to the relevant manufacturer's terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any work is limited to the value of that work.
Website use
The content of this website is for general information only. While we aim to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about its completeness or accuracy and accept no liability for any reliance placed on it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
